Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using Bubboo’s website and services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Bubboo OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the site or purchasing Products, you agree to these Terms.

Definitions
“Site” means bubboo.ee and any subdomains. “Products” means Montessori furniture, toys, and related goods sold by Bubboo. “Customer” or “you” means any person who accesses the Site or purchases Products.
Eligibility
You must be 18+ or have parental/guardian consent to purchase. By ordering, you confirm legal capacity to contract.
Products and Information
We aim to describe and display Products accurately, but minor variations (e.g., natural materials/colour) may occur. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. We may update Product information without notice.
Pricing, Taxes, and Availability
Prices are in EUR and include VAT as shown at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated before payment. We reserve the right to change prices and correct errors. If a pricing error is found post‑order, we’ll contact you to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders and Payment
Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse/cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory limits, or pricing errors). You agree your billing details are accurate and authorised.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes on delivery. Inspect deliveries upon receipt and report damage/shortages within 48 hours.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
EU consumers have a 14‑day right to withdraw from distance contracts without reason, starting the day after receiving Products, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., custom‑made/personalised items). Notify us within the period and return items in original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective.
Returns and Refunds
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts/tools included. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Sale items will be refunded at the original purchase price (refunds reflect the price paid at the time of purchase). Please see our Returns Policy for step‑by‑step instructions.
Warranty
Products are warranted against material/workmanship defects for the period stated on the product page or invoice. Not covered: normal wear, misuse, improper assembly, or modifications. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Safety and Use
Montessori furniture and toys must be used under adult supervision and according to instructions. We are not liable for damages arising from improper use.
Intellectual Property
All Site content (trademarks, logos, text, images, designs) is owned by or licensed to Bubboo and protected by law. Do not copy, distribute, or reuse without prior written consent.
Accounts and Security
If you create an account, keep credentials confidential and accept responsibility for all activity. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Site unlawfully; (b) interfere with security/integrity; (c) upload harmful code; (d) infringe IP rights; (e) engage in abusive or fraudulent activities.
Privacy and Cookies
Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (see links on the Site). These explain how we collect and process personal data in line with applicable laws.
Third‑Party Links
The Site may link to third‑party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays/failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural events, labour disputes, logistics disruptions).
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable EU consumer protection laws. Disputes may be resolved via the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Courts of Estonia (Harju County Court) have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
