Bubboo.eu is a European online store, and all products are shipped directly from the warehouses of our partner brands within the EU.

Order Processing Time
• Processing: Usually 1–3 business days, but since some products are handmade and it’s made once the order has been created, then it can take up to 14 days. If the product falls under this category then this information is also under product description.
• Weekend/public holiday orders process next business day

Shipping Methods & Carriers
The carrier for your order is selected by the product’s brand to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery. Please note that if you order items from different brands, they may be shipped by different carriers and arrive at different times.

Shipping Destinations
EU member states contact us if your country is unavailable at checkout and we try to find a solution for you.

Estimated Delivery Times
• EU: 2–7 business days after dispatch
(Estimates may vary due to local courier performance, remote areas, weather, or peak seasons.)

Shipping Fees
• Calculated at checkout (destination, weight/size, carrier)

Tracking & Notifications
Tracking number provided upon dispatch. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours.

Multiple Parcels
Orders may ship in multiple parcels from different EU suppliers. No extra charge for split shipments.

Customs, Duties & VAT
• Within EU: No customs duties for intra‑EU shipments

Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Ensure address accuracy. Returned parcels due to incorrect address may incur reshipment fees.
If tracking shows delivered but not received, contact the carrier and us within 7 days.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Photo evidence required within 48 hours for damage claims.
Lost parcels (confirmed by carrier) qualify for replacement or refund.
We assist with carrier investigations for delays.

Pre‑Orders & Out‑of‑Stock Items
Dispatch dates will be indicated at checkout or via email.

Order Cut‑off & Business Days
Business days: Monday–Friday (excluding supplier country public holidays).
Orders after cut‑off process next business day.
